Our role is unique: we work alongside for-profit startups and companies that serve the public sector, bringing mission-driven perspective and deep market knowledge to help align their innovations with the best interests of governments and the industry as a whole.

To accelerate progress, Public Capital is launching a for-profit subsidiary to take equity stakes in mission-aligned ventures, advise bold innovators, and pilot next-generation tools—including digital platforms for crowdsourced urban planning. Together, our nonprofit and market arm are building a municipal finance ecosystem where every community, every project, and every partner can succeed.
